Residential Real Estate Photo Packages
- Our residential real estate packages include homes up to 3,000 square feet in size. For homes over 3,000 square feet, multiply the overage by 10 cents a square foot and add to the basic package price.
- Bookings by Homeowners will be billed day of service.
- Real Estate Agents can use our 4-pay plan.
Commercial Property
- Commercial Property or Land for Sale: Payment is due upon delivery of the media contracted.
Travel Fees
- Travel fees apply only if we do not have a photographer available in your area. In that case, we might choose to send a photographer from a nearby territory. If that is acceptable to you, an additional fee of $1 per mile on anything over 45 miles traveled by the photographer will apply.
